Support for the "Brunch Bill"
Lawmakers are considering changing the “blue laws” to allow alcohol to be served before noon on Sundays. It has been dubbed the “brunch bill” and right now the debate is over whether the new time should be 10 a.m. or eight a.m. But while the final details are up in the air, making changes to the alcohol control law writ large is a top priority for Governor Cuomo.
