Support for the "Brunch Bill"

Lawmakers are considering changing the “blue laws” to allow alcohol to be served before noon on Sundays. It has been dubbed the “brunch bill” and right now the debate is over whether the new time should be 10 a.m. or eight a.m. But while the final details are up in the air, making changes to the alcohol control law writ large is a top priority for Governor Cuomo. Jay Holland and Melissa Fleischut of the New York State Restaurant Association and Scott Wexler of the Empire State Restaurant and Tavern Association join us to talk more about the legislation and the impact.
