We’re making progress! The NYS Senate is taking up the Brunch Bill in committee this week and Governor Cuomo publicly endorsed it’s provisions – creating a new permit to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday mornings at restaurant & bars – at a press conference last week.
