Governor Cuomo Orders New Restrictions – Bars & Restaurants Must Close at 10 PM
In response to a rapidly increasing rate of Covid-19 across the country, the region, and New York State, Governor Cuomo announced new restrictions on public activity. They include:
- Restaurants, bars, and other SLA licensed establishments must close at 10 pm – Curbside service of food only may continue after 10 pm
- Gyms must close at 10 pm
- Parties at private residences capped at 10 people
These new restrictions take effect Friday, November 13th at 10 pm.
The Governor indicated additional restrictions may be needed, such as reductions in indoor dining capacity, if the outbreak of the virus continues.
