SLA Updates Changes in Operation in Response to COVID-19

Licensing

Due to the availability of office staff, the service window at our Zone 1, New York City and Zone 3, Buffalo offices will be closed until further notice. At this time, we encourage you to:

Mail all applications to:

NYS Liquor Authority

PO BOX 782772

Philadelphia, PA 19178

Respond to all Authority correspondence via regular mail or through digital correspondence.  E-mail correspondence can be sent to the e-mail address listed on letters you have received.

Contact the Authority for all Licensing matters via [email protected]

Continue to mail Temporary Retail Permit extensions 7-10 days in advance to ensure adequate processing time

 

Disciplinary and Licensing Hearings

All hearings on disciplinary and licensing matters scheduled from now until April 30th have been postponed.  A representative from Counsel’s Office will follow up with licensees and attorneys at a later date to reschedule disciplinary hearings.
