ORDA Looking for Vendor in North Creek

The Olympic Regional Development Authority of NY, or ORDA will be completing the construction of a new ski lodge in the town of North Creek, New York. They’re looking for someone to lease and operate a brand-new restaurant on the second floor of the lodge year around. In the winter Ski Bowl Lodge will connect with ORDA’s ski mountain Gore Mountain via a new lift, connecting the lodge to largest ski area in New York State. In the summer of 2026, they plan to open a new summer attraction called a Zip Coaster that will be very exciting to ride.
