ESRTA and NYSRA Make Joint Request for Sales Tax Deferment

The Empire State Restaurant & Tavern Association joined with the New York State Restaurant Association today to request Governor Cuomo defer the sales tax payment due this Friday, March 20th (Sales Tax Deferment Letter to the Governor). 

In addition to our request numerous public officials have made similar requests including most members of the Democratic Senate Majority who requested such a deferment for all sales tax vendors.
