Moxie Mania to be Examined by SLA

State Senator Frank Padavan has filed a formal request for the State Liquor Authority to review Tom Donahue’s opinion authorizing the operation of Moxie Mania and he has requested that they issue a Declaratory Ruling that the game is prohibited in licensed premises. The Members of the Authority discussed Senator Padavan’s request at their October 15^th meeting. They decided to request a demonstration of Moxie Mania at their next meeting (November 6^th). We will monitor this situation as it develops and intervene where, when and how we can to advance our members’ interests.
