DiCarlo Case Update

Oral argument in the DiCarlo case is now scheduled for March 8^th in Troy, New York. We revised our legal papers to focus on the due process issue and believe we have a good shot of getting a ruling on this core issue. Regardless of the result at the trial level we can expect to be taking an appeal – which is why we continue to focus on fundraising. Thanks to our most recent contributors the Brooklyn & Queens Restaurant & Tavern Association, the Orange County Restaurant & Tavern Association, the Schenectady/Saratoga/Warren County Restaurant & Tavern Association and the Store Tavern.
