Alcohol Inhaling Devices Banned

The Governor signed legislation banning devices that enable consumers to inhale alcohol vapors. The new law imposes tough penalties on anyone who sells, posses, or allows the use of these devices, commonly known as alcohol without liquid, or “AWOL.”
